Connect with your Creative Center through Sanskrit Chanting
Listen to Sanskrit music while you work – especially mantras, chanting and recitations of the ancient scriptures of the Hindu tradition. Sanskrit chanting touches the heart and directly connects you with the energy of your source, the creative center within your being. Music is the simplest meditation technique that can take you to the state of bliss.
You may know from experience that relaxation music and classical music especially Mozart help you to relax from the inner mind chatter bringing out heightened creativity. The same is true even more so with Sanskrit music. Sanskrit is the ancient language of India used in homes and temples accompanying rituals and worship. No worries, I am not trying to turn you into something you are not. Let us just utilize what has been successfully around and appreciated for thousands of years. I find that when I listen to classical music that I get irritated after some time. In classical music there is often some part that creates a certain edginess within me whereas I can listen for hours to Sanskrit music without the slightest irritation. And I don’t understand a word yet the sound vibration itself makes a big difference.
The very Sound of Sanskrit will Change your Mood
Nithyananda says about Sanskrit, the ancient language used for mantras, that the very vibration of Sanskrit words can transform your mood, the very sound will change your mood. It does not matter whether you understand Sanskrit, the very sound energy of Sanskrit purifies your body, your whole being.

Emerging as a more Creative Artist
Modern research says that Sanskrit sound vibrations go straight into your body and purify the body system. It’s so powerful it purifies your whole being and removes energy blocks. It cleanses your environment creating a higher, more subtle energy field. Listen to it again and again. Our deeply engraved negativity in the unconscious is cleansed which allows your individual consciousness to take a jump into bliss and creativity. Here is a wonderful source of Sanskrit music. For starters I’d recommend the Devi Mahatyam Chants, a story of the divine feminine energy within us ‘fighting’ with our inner ‘demons’ or negative emotions and successfully emerging as a new being.
Wouldn’t you like to be free of negative emotions and thoughts emerging as a more creative artist?
